Lewis Gainor is best known for his front-page victory in Lake County over Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan and the Environmental Protection Agency concerning an illegal dump.

Lewis Gainor bases his law firm locally in Waukegan, Illinois. He is committed to the Lake County community, and frequently volunteers his time in community service. Under limited circumstances, Lewis Gainor represents clients without charge (i.e., pro bono).
