Lewis Gainor has individually taken more than 35 criminal and DUI cases to verdict in front of juries, and achieved more than 25 not guilty jury verdicts. He has tried countless other bench trials and evidentiary hearings.

Lewis Gainor is best known for his jury trial victory in Lake County over Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan and the Environmental Protection Agency concerning an illegal dump.
