The Lake County State’s Attorney had charged Lewis Gainor’s client with criminal trespass to residence as a Class 4 felony. Lewis Gainor’s client was a young man who lived in Grayslake. The accusation was that he invading a woman’s home at night while she was sleeping. She called the police and told the Lake County Sheriff where to find him.

The sheriff’s deputies tracked him down and placed him under arrest. They booked him on the charges and the State’s Attorney approved a felony-grade offense. The case was very serious.
