  6. People of the State of Illinois v. D. M., 09 MC 200149101* (Circuit Court of Cook County, 2nd Municipal District - Skokie) * This was a Class 4 felony charge of aggravated DUI (enhanced to felony charge for prior DUI summary suspension).
  7. People of the State of Illinois v. K. E., 09 DT 984* (Circuit Court of Lake County) * This was a repeat DUI arrest.
  8. People of the State of Illinois v. J.S., YM-699-056* (Circuit Court of Cook County, 3rd Municipal District - Rolling Meadows) * The client retained Lewis Gainor on the last day to file a petition to rescind (90 days after arrest), and the petition was granted. This client was eligible for a Class 4 felony aggravated DUI charge but avoided a felony.

  12. People of the State of Illinois v. G.F., 09 DT 3073 (Circuit Court of Lake County). 
  13. People of the State of Illinois v. F.W., 09 DT 2986 (Circuit Court of Lake County).
  14. People of the State of Illinois v. J.M., YP-280-981 (Circuit Court of Cook County, 2nd Municipal District - Skokie) - this was a one-year suspension for refusal.
